A 60-min version of the 90 from last Wednesday. This class intends to both lengthen and strengthen your side body. Start with a blanket across your mat as you move through kneeling shapes. Many offerings of side plank are sprinkled throughout this practice. One krama to build that fire and lots of time to cool down in the last 15 mins.
