We know in our minds that sunshine makes us happier, but when it happens (esp in Pgh) we're shocked by the true change we feel.
We know yoga makes us feel good, but until we actually set aside the time to practice do we feel it's benefits.
Make the time for 60 minutes to move and breathe on your mat - then decide what else you need to put into action.
