75 minutes of practice focusing on spinal rotation and flexion.  Find a "snake-like" quality of your spine from many positions, with engaged axial extension as a lovely neutral.  Expect backbends and forward folds as the counters.  Time for inversions, including pincha mayurasana.  Grab 2 blocks and a blanket and move with Christie!
