We begin with a seated meditation practice, using sama vritti or equal breathing to settle in. The physical practice is focused on the feet. We explore the ways in which our feet can create more strength and stability in asanas, or postures. At the end of class, we enjoy some myofascial and self-massage techniques for the feet.
