Vinyasa 60: Integrated Hips

We continue to expand and explore from last week's practice that used the security of the ground for twists, building strength and stretches. The hips will be the focus of this practice and lower bodies as well. There is additional standing poses this time around to find breath with movement. Always ending up with time to integrate all of this in savasana.
