Meditate & Move: Of the Earth

We begin with a visualization meditation in which we imagine ourselves seated at the base of a tree. This reminder that we are supported by the earth (because we are of the earth) comes back throughout class. The slow vinyasa flow includes forearm plank variations. There is an opportunity to practice dolphin pose or forearm balance near the end of class.
