Resolve: Non-Linear Movement

Roll through a practice at the wall focusing on the movement into and away the support of the wall, flossing through the ribs and pelvis and creating space for forearm stand or dolphin. In the breath, we'll play with stairstep breathing, bhastrika and kapalabhati throughout, then climb into a mindfulness meditation focused on the non-linear growth and recession of the breath and our practice.
