This class will be a 360 class around our mats to create balance and stretches on both sides. We will move slowly at first to allow freedom to choose your own pathways. Second phase speeds up a little bit to build up the breath and strength. This is also the last time to see Holly demonstrate the sequences (as she moves to Butler St.!)
