Inspired by our continuing education weekend with Annie Piper, this class integrates some of the wisdom bestowed upon us from the practice of QiGong. We'll start on our backs, with intentional movement and roll our way to a seat. Like, think baby panda rolling around a grassy knoll. Then we'll begin our vinyasa flow with Sun A's and then shake our way to a three-wave sequence, broken up by a box breath and meditation. We finish back on the floor with supine poses and an extra long savasana. Two blocks and a blanket and definitely recommend pants (lots of knee rotating on the mat).
