This class focuses on understanding the stability of the pelvis in relation to internal and external rotation of the hip socket. Students will work through isometric and dynamic movements to strengthen their hips and test mobility in the waves of movement. 2 blocks, a blanket, a bolster, and a sandbag (or extra pillow) recommended, plus these jams.
