Meditate & Move: Heart Intentions

We begin with an intention meditation. I share Tibetan Sun Salutations as they were taught to me; we then move through a warming sequence and come down with cooling postures. This class is inspired by the mantra, "May all beings be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and freedom for all."
