Yin/Restore: Legs and Hips
75 Minutes of Yin and Restorative practice, beginning with a gentle somatic "warm up", followed by the yin portion of the class, focused on hips and legs. Expect lunges and gomukasana as well as dandasana. The restorative portion follows, with a long and supported savasana. Grab 2 bolsters (or pillows), 2 blocks, and a blanket while Tessa is our demo body.
