This class inspires curiosity about the sensations of breathing while opening the chest and hips in preparation for meditation. Wind down with backbends and twists before resting to the sounds of crystal bowls singing in C, G, and B. One bolster and two blocks will add comfort to practice (though you can get by with less). Gather what you have and move with Larson!
