Fill the spaces that thought flows into with breath awareness today as we carve around the torso in lots of spine and ribcage motion, movement of breath in around quadrants of our core, kapalabhati, three part breath and sama vrtti before a mindful meditation. Grab two blocks, a strap (in a loop, something just to wrap around your legs) and a blanket or towel as you follow with Holly.
