Start supine alternating between extension and flexion in the hips to build awareness in the body and strength in the core. Later, incorporate a block to create asymmetry and isolate hip extension and flexion while maintaining a neutral pelvis. Work your hip flexors, hamstrings, glutes, and sense of balance along the way.
