Play with the asymmetrical movement of the scapulae and how it connects to the spine, moving into work for the arms, shoulders, and finishing up with some playful asymmetrical variations of dolphin.
Grab two blocks and two gliders (if you don't have gliders, grab two tea or hand towels if you're practicing on a hard surface, or two magazines or light thing books if you're on a carpet).
