Employ the use of a chair to add stability and safety while still breathing and moving mindfully. You can use any chair you have available, placed on a yoga mat (ideally) to ensure it won't slip. You'll also want 2 blocks or even height, heavy books, along with a foam block (or you can use a thick pillow). Thanks to Laurnie for her practice!
