Spend the first half of class moving the body in dynamic rhythm to your breath. We will flow through a few different short and repetitive sequences to feel how energy flows through us as we move more freely. Asana in the second half of class will contrast the first- with longer static holds in more physically demanding shapes. Take time to notice how to use your breathe as a tool in both movement qualities as you move with a couple blocks, Kayla, and the music.
