Vinyasa 60: Bound Ardha Chandrasana
In this flow we will take a journey to the peak pose, bound Ardha Chandrasana. Many times this asana’s focus lies purely in the backbend from spinal extension, often leaving pressure in the low back. In this class we will explore long wide lines, safely opening the quads and psoas, all without tension in the low back. And as always, we will move and groove! Grab two blocks and let’s hit it!
