This class invites mindfulness through the use of becoming cognizant of movement of the breath, sounds, and smells in the room. Students will work through a sequence that offers strength especially in the upper body as they play with kumbhaka, bhastrika breath, and boxed breathing. Move with 2 blocks, a blanket, and Haley to be connected with your environment, and yourself as you are today.
