During this 75 minute slow flow we start grounded to open up the front body then we mindfully move to find further fluidity in the hips and spine, before we descend back to stillness. Grab 2 blocks, a strap, bolster (or pillow), sandbag if you have one and blanket optional for knees, along with these tunes.
