Vinyasa 90: Pride Flow

Asana plan today is quite similar to Wednesday's, but it's a completely different class. Our intention today is Pride with an emphasis on cultivating authenticity. We start this practice in a supported fish with foam block under shoulder blades. We slowly build movement in supine shapes and eventually build heat in kneeling shapes. Two waves of standing asana challenge our balance and build ankle strength. If you have both a cork block and a foam block, that's great. In the studio we have two cork, one foam, a blanket, and a sandbag, but grab whatever you have at home. Plenty of time to cool at the close hip opening, hamstring stretches, and waterfall.
