This class works towards a peak pose of salumba sirsasana (headstand). Students will spend a good amount of time on the ground learning to build strength through the arms, shoulders, and abdominals to provide support for headstand. Options will be given for those who choose not to invert. 2 blocks and a blanket recommended to move along with this playlist.
