This class engages the obliques in subtle, and not so subtle ways. Students will move in a 180 mandala around the mat, as they explore the strength and stretch in the sides of their body. The last 15 minutes of class will be spent in positions of ease. 2 cork blocks, 1 foam block, a blanket and a bolster recommended!
