We will rotate around the mat to find balance on all sides of our bodies. Finding strength with standing poses that lead to balancing opportunities, we will always give options for exploration or rest. There will also be four opportunities to go deeper into hamstrings and side bodies. In the end finding a way into a restorative savasana.
