Natarajasana, is a pose that strengthens the legs, improves balance and core strength, and stretches the shoulders. It opens the hip flexors (psoas muscles) as a counter to tight hips that develop from too much sitting. So, we will get on our mats and work through a sequence that will allow us to reach into our inner dancer.
Props needed are a blanket, bolster, two blocks and the playlist.
