First off we will find some easy stretching from our seats. Then move to our knees as we stretch our sides through 4 grounded poses. After that the flow gets moving and still finding strength and then adding a side stretch. We will also hold poses to challenge our breath and core strength. Ending up with restorative poses to integrate the work.
Two blocks and a blanket will support you through class, along with these tunes.
