Explore awareness of two eyes without sight: the third eye, in the middle of the forehead, and the fourth eye, at the base of the skull. As we bring consistent attention and feedback to these spaces, you'll move through an asana practice that focuses on proper head and neck alignment alongside movement of the scapulae. Pranayasma infused throughout asana, including round of kapalabhati, stairstep breath, bhastrika and 3 part inhalations, all taken before a mindfulness meditation focused on the breath and these spaces in the body.
