This class explores what actions happen in the body when we heavy the hips. The student will begin understanding the pelvic structure and the movement it can achieve, and then move into play with props to assist in dropping into the pelvis to lift opposing areas of the body. 2 blocks, a blanket, and a sandbag recommended as you move with Erin!
