Focus today is on shapes from lunge family two (asymmetrical hips): figure 4, side angle, and skandasana. Start today in a half frog and twist, then work through shoulder activation and side body opening, and move through two standing sequences to prepare for a peak in balancing side angle. Plenty of time to cool and counter at the end with gomukhasana and supported fish. Grab two blocks, a blanket for knees, move with lovely Maddy and the tunes
