Meditate & Move: The Stories We Tell Ourselves
We begin in an easy seat. You will be asked to recognize the stories you brought with you to your mat. Using breath and mantra meditation, we will begin to let those stories go. We then move through a vinyasa flow that opens the hamstrings and hips and builds strength through the entire body. These actions will help in the (always optional) peak pose: eka pada galavasana or flying pigeon.
