Vinyasa 90: Never Too Late

Aired -

2h 48m
It's never too late to change your mind, to choose a different direction, to restart your journey. We start this practice in a supported fish with foam block under shoulder blades. We slowly build movement in supine shapes and eventually build heat in kneeling shapes. Two waves of standing asana challenge our balance and build ankle strength. If you have both a cork block and a foam block, that's great. In the studio we have two cork, one foam, a blanket, and a sandbag, but grab whatever you have at home. Plenty of time to cool at the close hip opening, hamstring stretches, and waterfall. Follow along with Delainey and the tunes!
