A heavily-heated, slower-paced asana class blending longer static holds from the Hot 26/Hatha Yoga series with breath-to-movement flow elements like Sun Salutation A. Little to no chaturanga. Move with intention to access a deeply meditative space of strength, peace, and mind-body connection.
- Experience level: Appropriate for all levels (though first-time practitioners may prefer to start with Zen Vinyasa 1)
- Room temperature: 🔥100°-105°

Limbs of yoga included: Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana
Wear: Comfortable clothes, bare feet
Bring: A mat, plus a towel and water if you want (all available for rent/purchase, too)
We’ll provide: Clean props as needed - blocks, bolsters, straps, weights, pilates rings, etc. Lockers, She/They and He/They locker rooms/restrooms with showers. All-gender restroom and disposable face masks available—just ask!
Cancellation policy: If you can’t make it to a class you signed up for, please cancel your registration in Union so we can give your spot to someone on the waitlist. No-shows will be issued a $15 no-show fee.
