Suitable for all stages of pregnancy, and postpartum. Find your inner and outer strength in this 45-minute class while connecting to your breath and your baby. Class may use weights and/or other props to intensify various muscle actions resulting in increased strength and joint stability.

Please join us in-studio with masks on in accordance with Chicago's mask mandate.
We have taken every precaution to make the studio safe for you! Shared and sanitized weights and blocks will be provided if needed. Deep sanitizing will happen with ample time between each class.

Joining from home?
Have your yoga mat, towel, blocks (or something to hold on to), a bolster or pillow, a blanket, and water ready!

Coming to the Studio?
Please be prompt in your arrival. No Show Spots will be given to the waitlist at the start time of class and charged the no-show fee of $15. Need to cancel? You are able to cancel yourself from class on Union via your upcoming registrations within 30min of the class start time.
