With the stress and anxiety many of us are feeling from COVID I wanted to help out in best way I know how, yoga.

Join me for this 90 minutes slow vinyasa/restorative class in the safety and comfort of your own home. Reflective prompts will be given to students prior to class. All you need are two firm pillows and a blanket. I would love to see you there.
