BURN BOOTCAMP

Burn Bootcamp is a full-body workout that builds strength using compound exercises. This class also incorporates cardio bursts (including outdoor runs) for a total body workout. 

This class will be offered in and outdoors. *Please bring/wear gym shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.  

Please be prompt in your arrival.  If you No-Show, your spot will be given to a student on the waitlist at the start of class and a no-show fee of $15 will be charged to your card on file. Need to cancel? You are able to cancel yourself anytime 30min before the start of class. This can be done on Union via the upcoming registrations page.
