Join BBKY for yoga for the whole family! Our family yoga class provides a medium for families to unplug and bond in the most playful of ways. Children and their grown-ups will interact through moving, breathing, and connecting. This class is designed for families of all kinds and is geared towards children 2-10 years old, but any age sibling is welcome! All children must be accompanied by a guardian.
1 pass is good for a family size up to 3 (ex: 1 Adult + 2 children, or 2 adults + 1 child, etc). For families larger than 3, please register TWICE so we have enough space for all who want to join!
Yoga mats are provided for family yoga, but you are welcome to bring your own!
