Our signature class, is a high-intensity fusion incorporating vinyasa flows, hand weights and interval training for a very rigorous, full-body workout.

YoStrong
is designed to tone every major muscle group, build strength, stamina, flexibility and challenge your lung capacity. Our YoStrong classes compliment your regular yoga practice with the addition of free weights and other props to strengthen muscles. In addition to traditional yoga postures, you’ll see squats, lunges, jumping jacks, burpees, bicep curls and other fun and challenging movements in this high-energy class!
