T.H.A.W | Lower Body Yogic Weight Training (Heated)
THAW, which stands for Test of Heart and Will, is YTX’s newest functional weight training class infused with yogic principles and anchored in community. Using the building blocks of weight training, THAW integrates strength training & breath to create balance in strength, flexibility, and spirit. Following familiar training splits, including upper body focus, lower body focus, and full body, this class challenges students to find their edge and grow, all while practicing mindful yogic principles.
Class ends with a gentle yoga flow and breath work to enhance the physicality of the practice with opportunities to turn inward. Expect to increase strength, shift your energy, and level up!
