This beautiful blend of Vinyasa & Yin Yoga by candlelight is great for all-levels. 

Enjoy a slow, mindful practice that offers gentle flow + longer held poses to bring the body into balance and increasing natural range of motion. 

This class offers modifications and slows the flow to allow for explanation of poses and alignment cues. As we move into stillness, we bring body, breath and soul into harmony. It’s a perfect complement to a more physical practice. You will leave class feeling refreshed, renewed and restored.

The in-studio classes are non-heated.
