This full-length class focuses exclusively on hip opening. Starting with easier stretches and moving into all the depth yoga has to offer, your hips will definitely feel more open and alive when you are done.
Our hips are our storehouse of residual stress and tension. Go deep and all that stuff begins to loosen up and let go.
