In yoga, we stretch and we stretch a lot. But we don’t stretch the side body as much as, well, all the other parts.
Now we do.
In this Side Stretching Yoga Flow, we will get deep into the side body and seek to create space between our ribs to open everything up.
A practice that any level student can do, but it still has its challenges.
