This is a fun practice focusing primarily on arm conditioning and spinal opening.
 
A Koundinyasana (II)/Ghanda Bherundasana flow, this sequence is great for those who like to play around with arm balancing and simple inversion.
 
For deeper instruction, I have videos on YouTube that explain everything.  But for now, easy in, easy out.
