This vinyasa flow never actually stands up. We fly low and avoid the radar...but without missing out on all intensity. Still a moderately challenging flow, this not-too-strenuous yoga class is perfect for landlubbers.
 
A fun, different flow than the usual, with extra focus on back and core.
