If you have always wanted to get your leg behind your head, your wildest dreams are about to come true.
 
In this short, one-hour practice, we will warm up the hips and look at the fundamentals of getting that leg back there, once and for all.
 
Overall, a great skill to have for really, cool, fun poses that simply can’t be done with  your leg in front of your head.
