Welcome to my most important video project ever. It’s the YOGAthletica Full Monty. This is my daily yoga practice, raw and uncut. Definitely not for the faint of heart. Or abs. Or arms. Or legs. Or mind. 
I rotate my standing and hip opening series each day, but 93.76% of this (or so) is exactly what I practice every morning.
Yes, it is an evolutionary process. I add in new postures and challenges on the regular, as I am committed to never falling into the complacency of full mastery. So, you will see my successes and some failures. 
One thing I can guarantee: practice this every day and your yoga will be forever and completely changed.
