Sports Recovery Yoga - Zoom Session

This practice is designed for student athletes in high school and college.  A blend of Power Yoga for Sports™ - a system that has been used by many pro teams (NFL, NBA, MLB)  - combined with somatic movement and recovery techniques using Yoga Tune Up® balls.  No prior yoga experience is necessary.

Props:  A yoga block, a large towel or blanket and Yoga Tune Up® OG balls.  You can also use a 2 gallon bucket turned upside down (for the block) and 2 tennis balls in place of the Yoga Tune Up balls.
