This beginner to intermediate fitness class is active with a strong and steady pace.

This class blends yoga asana, calisthenics, and HIIT circuit training in order to help students build strength, stability, and resilience in their yoga practice and life in general. Each class opens with a full-body yoga warm up, followed by 3 sets of 5 exercises with weights, and finishes with a deep stretch and yoga cool-down, all to an eclectic soundtrack of uplifting and energizing tunes. Come move and be moved by this dynamic class. All levels welcome.
