We all have a story that needs to be told. Writing for Bliss is about listening to and being mindful of the messages of your heart and tapping into your authentic voice. In this workshop, we will begin with a short meditation and then move into exploring how to begin writing and what story to tell.

This personal writing workshop will inspire you to express yourself through the written word as a path to bliss. The journal is a good place to start collecting your ideas, experiences and stories. Since April is National Poetry Month, we will explore a little poetry by reading and writing some poetry. We will also discuss the healing power of writing and how your story can be written in the form of memoir, poem or essay. Writing prompts will be provided to kickstart your writing process.

Open to all levels and ages.
