I believe that yoga is for everyone and that we all benefit from reconnecting with our breath, bodies, and authentic sense of purpose and being in the world. My approach to yoga is "come as you are" this practice...
Warm things up, and then cool things down in this class. Expect a slow flow to begin, and then to drape yourself over pillows, blankets, bolsters and blocks to restore. This class combines slow flow and restorative in a unique way.
